Overview
RJB remodels T-Mobile retail stores as an ongoing program, completing 10 to 20 locations a year. Each store is a full interior fit-out, taken from existing conditions to a finished, brand-ready space. The work supports T-Mobile's store experience: an open, welcoming sales floor with comfortable seating that gives customers room to browse and talk with the team.
How we delivered
A recurring remodel program lives on repeatability. RJB runs every T-Mobile location to the same plan: coordinate the trades, sequence the work, and move each store from existing conditions to a finished space without surprises. Doing the same scope across many sites means each store benefits from what we learned on the last one.
On each store, our scope covers the full interior. That includes sales-area fixtures, finishes across the sales floor and back of house, and energy-efficient lighting with emergency lighting and exit signs. We install suspended ceiling grid and tile, gypsum ceilings and soffits, and interior partitions and doors. Plumbing covers restroom fixtures, utility and mop sinks, a water heater, and a drinking fountain. We also handle the mechanical (HVAC) system and fire safety equipment.
