Hardwood, LVT, polished concrete, and specialty finishes, installed to brand spec and ready for opening day. We coordinate surface prep, transitions, and protection through the full construction sequence.

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and lighting upgrades coordinated alongside architectural finishes to ensure every system works together and projects stay on schedule.

Millwork & Fixtures

Custom and prefab millwork, fixture installs, and casework coordination handled by our carpentry teams. We manage shop drawings, delivery sequencing, and installation to brand standard.

Trade Coordination

One RJB point of contact manages every trade on the job, from demo through punch list. We own the schedule and the accountability, so the trades stay in sequence and nothing slips between subs.
