Our standards

Licensed & Insured
All RJB subcontractors must hold current trade licenses and carry appropriate general liability and workers' compensation coverage. This is a baseline. We verify before every engagement.

Proven Track Record
We want to see your work before we put it in front of our clients. References from commercial construction projects and a demonstrated history of delivering to spec and on schedule are required.

Open-Store Experience
Working in live retail and industrial environments is a skill set, not just a work permit. We look for subcontractors who understand the discipline, safety requirements, and customer awareness that open-store construction demands.
