RJB completed a full interior fit-out of an Auntie Anne's location for Applegreen. The build ran from demolition to a finished, open-ready store in four weeks.
How we delivered
RJB ran the full scope in four weeks. Crews demolished the existing flooring, fixtures, and soffits, then framed, hung drywall, and finished the ceilings, including wood soffits and counters. The team made mechanical upgrades with RTU repairs and air-device relocation, and installed a new electrical panel, transformer, and lighting package. Plumbing was overhauled with new floor sinks, drains, gas piping, and a water heater. RJB laid all new tile and flooring, including wall and base tile, relocated sprinkler heads, and repainted throughout. To finish, the crew installed the owner-provided equipment and signage.
