Overview
RJB completed a tenant fit-out for Hair Cuttery in Lancaster, PA — a 1,400-square-foot build-out inside an existing retail structure.
How we delivered
The existing storefront and restroom stayed in place. RJB built new stockroom and utility room walls, installed new ceiling tile and paint throughout, and set new fixtures across the sales and stock areas. The scope also included new storefront, cashwrap, and accessibility signage, a new HVAC unit and distribution, and new lighting.
Plumbing fixtures in the existing restroom stayed in place, with minor modifications made for accessibility compliance.
