Overview
RJB built out a new 37,000-square-foot retail location for Bob's Discount Furniture in Catonsville, MD. The project started with a full demolition of the existing shell and rebuilt it into a new showroom.
How we delivered
Crews demoed all four building elevations before starting the rebuild, then framed and finished the interior into Bob's showroom departments — vestibule, sales floor, dining, bedrooms, sleep center, lounge, and kids' bedrooms. New rooftop HVAC units and distribution were installed throughout, along with a complete fire protection sprinkler system and updated electrical to support the new layout.
The result is a fully built-out showroom sized and finished to Bob's current store standard, ready for grand opening.
