RJB completed a full remodel of a Hannaford Supermarket & Pharmacy in Meredith, NH — a comprehensive renovation covering the building's structure, systems, and finishes across roughly 38,000 square feet.
How we delivered
The scope touched nearly every system in the building. Structural work included new roof framing plans coordinated with the slab layout, with interior and exterior elevations rebuilt throughout the store. Below- and above-slab drainage was reworked as part of the renovation, along with new mechanical plans and kitchen hood details.
Electrical and life-safety systems were fully updated — new lighting, fire alarm, and intrusion alarm systems were installed, along with a new BAS network to manage the store's building systems. Refrigeration piping and REM controls were replaced to support the store's cases and racks throughout.
